Sulit.com.ph owned by Naspers of South Africa has lost to Sulit.ph owned by Anton Sheker in their domain dispute litigation. This arbitration legal action was filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) through the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Not wanting to boast inconsiderately, yours truly represented the victorious party. Modesty aside, I can claim to be the first lawyer to successfully defend a domain dispute for Philippine domains against a foreign corporation.
